There is a bug in the stock kernel of LG Optimus P500, wherein the CPU usage to shoot up all the way to 100% whenever the screen is tapped; wich clogs up system resources and makes the phone slow.This has been resolved by a new kernel from a xda member. Just in case you are wondering who the member is, it’s milk_os also a Samdroid member.
